Welcome to health care magic.

1. The ultrasound report suggest there multiple fibroid s in the anterior and posterior wall of the uterus.
2. The largest measuring 4 cm and few 1 cm fibroid s in the anterior wall.
3. The ovaries and cervix are normal as mentioned.
4. Treatment in this case depends on your symptoms and age. If you are in reproductive age group ( 20 - 35 yrs ) and excessive bleeding - a harmonal treatment is given.
5. In older age and completed family - hysterectomy is recommended only if symptomatic with loss of blood and pain and discomfort.

Good luck.
